New this season is the lightly sweet, delicious, smooth Cascara Cloud Nitro Cold Brew.
I had the chance to taste a Cascara Cloud Nitro Cold Brew recently at the Starbucks Reserve Bar on the Upper East Side, in New York City.
The whipped cream is created in the blender, a mix of cascara syrup and cream. These two ingredients combine well to create a lightly sweet, and incredibly light cream. Mixing the cream with the coffee is not required – nor is it easy! – as this whipped cream is so light that it floats back to the top. The converse of this is the ability to get a taste of cream in every sip.
Of these two latest drinks, this is my favorite for its lightness and smooth feel. Incredibly refreshing!
